Delivery within Europe is always free of charge.
Upon placing an order, the delivery time is estimated within 7-10 working days.
Delivery times are mentioned merely at an approximation and they may vary according to circumstances, such as strikes or extreme weather conditions. Weekends and holidays / national holidays are not considered working days.
Our central stores are open daily from 8.30 to 17.00. Orders placed during these hours will be processed within the next business day.
All our products travel on our behalf and at our expense. In the event of any damage during the transportation process, MousasGallery will assume the return and the direct replacement/repair of the product, with no charge upon the customer.
You have the right to return purchased products, without penalty/ further charge and without being obliged to tell us why you wish to return the goods, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of goods.
In this case you shall only be charged with the cost of the return of the respective goods. Returns are acceptable only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which the customer has received them, along with the sales receipt or invoice.
To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to check the goods carefully at the time of delivery (i.e. whether the goods are intact), as well as to detect any obvious defects (eg. broken goods, error concerning the supplied item/ type of item, etc.) .

If upon receipt of a product you find a defect or deficiency, you can inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we will be able to solve the problem.
In case of refund, and depending on how you chose to pay for your order, as well as how you prepare their return to us, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we have received the products.
